Time line: = 3:45-4:15 grades = k-3 kids,=20 4:15-5:30 grades 4-6 kids

Plan I: = Donate a meal and = teach and=20 direct the kids in prepping and cooking the meal

Portion sizes-=20 2-4 oz=20 protein, 2 servings of fruit or vegetables equaling =BE cup, plus the = equivalent=20 of one slice of bread of a carbohydrate.

Plan II: = Teach to the kids = a skill of=20 your choice to be combined with the evening meal

Days: = Tuesday or = Friday

Assistants: = no more than=20 two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CRITERIA:

=B7 =20 Act professional = you=20 represent Acf. Mpls. Chapter, your employer and a guest at kid=92s=20 caf=E9

=B7 =20 Help Chef Dan and = staff with=20 the clean up and=20 Dishes

=B7 =20 Notified Chef Dan = 10 days in advance with your = menu or=20 Plan with equipment needs for that day (check w/ Chef Dan about safety = issues)=20 keep in mind you=92re dealing with kids age = 5-12!!!!!!!!!!!

=B7 =20 Keep in mind you = have 2 hour=20 window and your dealing with kid=92s

=B7 =20 Choose a your = tools and=20 skill that is age appropriate for the kids

=B7 =20 Chef Dan and Mark = Good ask=20 you to consider, different Ethnic Cuisine or Holiday themes meals. This is ultimately your=20 choice.
