With thousands of chefs competing in the job market, it is essential to prove your culinary competency. Certification through the American Culinary Federation demonstrates skill, knowledge and professionalism to the food service industry.

Pre-approval from the National Office is a prerequisite.

You can download the application and submit it or the preferred method is registering on line.

You must put down a $100 refundable deposit to hold your spot. Space is limited to the first 9 registrations.
You will then be given a code to pay for the testing online or send your checks to

It's the 27th year of the Toby Tournament. Don't miss this great event that raises money for the Culinary & Hospitality Students.

This is the third year the ACF Minneapolis Chef's Chapter has been selected a benefactor of the Toby Landgraf scholarship. Scholarships and grant money will be available soon to culinary students.

Even if you can't participate directly in this golf outing, you can still donate items to the raffle prizes, purchase raffle tickets, be a hole sponsor, or just donate to the scholarship fund. To see how you can help Down Load the Toby Brochure and application.
